If she says she has to work late but you track her car to her lovers house, you've caught her lying.

If she says she’s going to the gym and instead ends up across town at a small, intimate restaurant, you’ve yet again caught her in a lie.

This evidence along with any other evidence you gather will soon build a solid case. Pictures, video tape and audio recordings are the best course of action.

DNA Proof

It may sound drastic, but DNA checking does buy piece of mind (even if this peace of mind comes at a price tag of one or two hundred dollars). No more wracking your brain wondering if that stain is something innocent – or if it really is what you THINK it is.

If you want to go this route it should be a simple enough exercise to procure a pair of panties from the wash basket or a bottom sheet from the bed. If you want absolute proof that those secretions and stains aren’t just hers and yours, you can send these items into a lab for DNA testing if you have the money.

At the end of the day it's up to you, if you really want proof positive that your wife's cheating on you, then for Godsakes put your cheating wife under surveillance.
